Escola Stagium

Stagium School believes that every student who enters it will find a calling that will change the world. Our pedagogical proposal has strategies to help students interpret complex ideas and develop critical skills, while creating tools and spaces that allow for the sharing of ideas, social impact projects, and collaboration. We are committed to being a space for learning, collaboration, investigation, and discovery, and believe in the importance of students being the protagonists of their learning, with a focus on empathy. The school aims to promote important changes in education and people's lives in society.

Introducing Stagium School - where every student finds a calling that will change the world. Our school community comprises powerful individuals who delight in learning together, driven by the highest standards of excellence.

In a rapidly changing world, our school is not only advancing technologically, but also serves as a balance point for children and young adults' physical, emotional, and social needs in their developmental processes.

Our pedagogical approach offers strategies to help students interpret complex ideas, develop critical skills, synthesize information from diverse sources, and use reading to learn about all subjects.

As a place that reflects life and embraces diversity, we are dedicated to creating tools and spaces that foster idea-sharing, social impact projects, spontaneous collaboration, and interaction between different forms of knowledge. We encourage our students to participate in changing the world and to discover that the most subtle of human perceptions is the sensitive process of affecting others with love.

More than replicating a method, program, curriculum, or education system, we are committed to being a space available to learn, collaborate, share, investigate, discover, and promote significant changes in education and people's lives in society.

In all our practices, we consider the importance of children and young adults being the protagonists of their learning experience, giving real meaning to the content discussed and empowering them to act empathetically towards the world.

Our school faces challenges in automating processes, advancing evaluation-related issues, understanding the advances of AI in educational processes, and partnering with new tools that improve pedagogical results.

What we do exceptionally well is the child-nature relationship that has significant emphasis in our pedagogical processes, ranging from the choice of materials to the use of spaces and proposed projects. Our middle school has an enchanting and much-anticipated project called C.A.S.A.S. inspired by the Harry Potter series, encouraging autonomous and innovative learning that integrates all students, motivating them to undertake actions that have a positive impact on the world. At Stagium, true protagonism is fostered. Our high school elective evaluation process, developed by our team, stands out in its accuracy, expanding student participation and commitment to the proposals presented.

We would like help in improving the quality of our work by automating many of the administrative and pedagogical processes, as the bureaucratic part takes up a considerable amount of time for the entire pedagogical and administrative team.

Solutions I am actively seeking:

We are looking for platforms and solutions to improve the bureaucratic part that takes up a lot of time for the entire educational and administrative team. Rethinking how to automate many of these processes will help improve the quality of work and time management.
